Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made shortly after placing the order. A cancellation is not possible if your order has already been processed or shipped by our team.
We are committed to ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. Refunds and returns are handled under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. To process this, you must provide video proof.
Please record a clear, unedited unboxing video that shows the shipping label on the package and the damage to the product inside. This proof must be sent to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product Not as Described: If you feel that the product you received is not as shown on our website, please bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by Sahityaa Sangamm, it will take approximately 6–8 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
